By accessing or using FixDesk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
You may use FixDesk only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You're responsible for your account, your users, and the content you create.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, no reverse engineering, and no interference with other customers.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of FixDesk, including its software, design, and trademarks.
Availability
We target 99.9% uptime on eligible plans. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixDesk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
